Cacao Ceremony for Empowerment

Since the spring, cacao has been quietly finding its way into my life—through conversations, invitations, unexpected gifts, and whispers from the universe that felt too aligned to ignore. At first, I smiled at the synchronicity. But as the signs kept coming, I began to wonder: What if I’m meant to do something with this sacred plant?
Cacao is more than a drink. It’s a heart-opener, a gentle guide, and a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. It invites us to slow down, to listen inward, and to connect—with ourselves, with each other, and with something greater.
As I deepened my own relationship with cacao, I realized how beautifully it complements the work I already do through empowerment coaching. Both are about presence. Both are about truth. Both are about remembering who we are.
So I said yes.
On December 4, under the light of the full moon, I’ll be holding my very first Cacao Ceremony—a space to gather, sip, reflect, and rise. This isn’t just a new offering. It’s a homecoming. A weaving of ritual and coaching, of soul and structure, of ancient wisdom and modern empowerment.
