At Vanessa Empowers, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that empower our clients to achieve their goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund practices.
General Policy
• All purchases of coaching sessions, packages, or digital products are subject to this refund policy.
• By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation & Refunds
1-on-1 Coaching Sessions:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Coaching Packages:
• Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been used.
• After 14 days or after more than one session has been completed, packages are non-refundable.
Digital Products & Online Courses:
• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products and self-paced courses are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at vanessaempowers@outlook.com with your full name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws. If you reside in a province with specific refund rights, such as Quebec, those rights will be respected.
