There’s something sacred that happens when women sit across from each other. Not side by side at a bar, not distracted by a game or a grill — but face to face, eye to eye, heart to heart.

Men often bond shoulder to shoulder — at the BBQ, on the golf course, watching the game. That’s their rhythm. But women? We connect through conversation, through presence, through shared space. We gather. We listen. We reflect. And when we do, something ancient and powerful wakes up inside us.

I’ve seen it time and again: when women come together with intention, healing happens. Not because we fix each other’s problems, but because we witness them. We hold space. We say, “Me too.” And in that moment, loneliness loses its grip.
